Check-in was super smooth. The staff was lovely, i must say. a qr code guided me straight to the bedding for the sofa bed. It was wonderfully fresh and clean. the king-size bed was comfy and i also liked the super clean smeg toaster.

The location was very central. The studio was quite spacious.
The receptionist at the front door was not very helpful, and check-in took ages. Staff training is needed, especially in hospitality (this is my opinion). This made me worried.

the location it was excellent. the overall finish and polish of the hotel are good. everything felt new and impeccably clean to me.
the bed was against wall. one of us had no bedside table and no phone socket too. i wouldn't stay in a double studio again as a couple because of this.
